"Harold came in at least three times to measure, listen to what we want and brought the tiling person (Mike Burke from Mike Burke Tile and Stone) to discuss issues and designs. His team (Johny and Garrett) came in on the day we have agreed to begin. Harold later brought in electrician and plasterer and coordinated with Mike on the tiling job. Altogether, Harold did an excellent job managing all involved contractors. He does great woodwork among other things and built the custom cabinets for the bathroom. The result is the bathroom we were dreaming of. The hardwood floor turned out terrific and we love it.

"Mike satisfied everything a person can desire in a contractor. He assessed my family's project to put in a new 12' by 15' deck expertly. He was very responsive in explaining the work and answering my questions. He priced the job fairly including an Angie's List discount. The only reason my family did not sign the estimate Mike sent us is that the vote was to go with a paver stone patio instead of a deck. The job for which Mike responded with an estimate consisted of a "floating" style deck, with surface preparation, using Veranda composite decking."

"I received a call the night before the scheduled appointment to confirm their arrival at 8:30 to 9 am the next day. Their employee showed up on time and went right to work. The work was done in a professional manner and the work area left clean when the job was complete. I will be using this contractor again for paint etc in the future.

Update: I hired Bennett Painting to paint my 3 bathrooms and strip wallpaper in my 1/2 bath. Once again, they were one time, professional and friendly. Did a great job and left the job site clean. I highly recommend Bennett Painting.
