"The service eventually turned out okay. We had set a time and I took the time off work. He never showed up and never said anything. I called and said that I wanted to cancel. Two days later, he got back to me and said that he could come out on a said date. So, I eventually had him come out. He did a good job but not calling to say he was not coming was not good. The quality of the service seemed to be fine. When he finally showed up, he was punctual."

"I asked for an estimate for window replacement.   It was 2-3 weeks until someone could come and give an estimate and then it took over a month to get an estimate in writing.  He was very pleasant but unfortunately not timely.  Also his estimate came in much higher than others.
