He was very responsive in explaining the work and answering my questions. He priced the job fairly including an Angie's List discount. The only reason my family did not sign the estimate Mike sent us is that the vote was to go with a paver stone patio instead of a deck. The job for which Mike responded with an estimate consisted of a "floating" style deck, with surface preparation, using Veranda composite decking."
