"We hired Dmitry and his company Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod last summer 2023 for a fairly large house renovation project including roof, siding, all windows replacement including architectural remodeling, and high-end deck rebuilding. We found Dmitry’s company via CertainTeed suggested as certified roof installers, as we wanted to install high-end CertainTeed's Grand Manor shingles with multiple skylights and all copper valleys, drip edge and gutters. We also decided to install James Hardy siding which requires certification for correct installation. Dmitry provided very detailed quote, after several meeting with us (6 times), until we discussed every detail including what type of nail will be used to install siding, or copper parts on the roof. I’m not easy person to work as I get to every nuance such as metal incompatibility I.e. copper and aluminum etc. Before I hired Dmitry, I met with 7 different contractors, to discuss the details of the project, architectural redesign, building new 5 levels IPE deck with modern stainless steel handrails, rebuilding new bow huge triple panel windows and transom Marvin windows including lvl support and all copper work. Out of 6 contractors, four didn’t understand the level and details I was asking for my project. Another contractor quoted me for the price equivalent to build a new house, however only Dmitry understood what I really requesting to every detail, he was transparent and honest, and no one couldn’t get close to his quoted price. We signed an agreement and Dmitry started the project. Around 3-5 crews worked simultaneously for 4 months, very very skilled and professional people working with Dmitry for very long time coming every morning at 8am. Dmitry was tolerant and followed my new requests and additions which appeared during the project. I really cannot find anything negative I experienced during the renovation. "This is a company no one needs to deal with. He was asked to diagnose a leak in my gas fireplace flue. After first charging $150.00 for a "review" of the fireplaces in my home, he concludes that the storm collar is causing the leak into my firebox. He charges me $250.00 for this and, after several weeks, I note that the water is continuing to leak. I call him out again and he decides that, now, the cap should be replaced. I called again after hearing the water dripping and he now decides that he had advised me at the first meeting that the cap needed replacement. This is a blatant untruth and the invoices don't support that he so advised me of this. Any reputable business would have so noted this on any invoice for work performed. When I so advised him of this, his only reply was to hang up the phone. If he had, at any time, advised me initially of the need to replace the cap, I would have done so and not even bothered with the collar as it wasn't the cause as I have, unfortunately, came to discover. This company doesn't have the expertise to properly diagnose a problem even though the owner touts his 38 years of experience. Stay away!"

Other companies gave me a song & dance about how it needed to be replaced ($400), it was more complicated than it looks, has come take a look before giving a firm price, blah blah blah. Ed was no-nonsense, quoted me a reasonable price over the phone for such a simple job ($100), and got the job done the next day. No BS. A year later, it's still snug and tight. I'm happy."

"I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"
