Ken's entire crew was meticulous, respectful and did a great job.  They showed up when they said they would, continually cleaned as they went and moved swiftly.  Our end product looks great.

Our roof was leaking. Fantasia came out promptly and after investigating the issue, found that the seams of our roof in one area had not been properly nailed together where the shingles met. The fix was simple and quick, which was a huge relief!

I would highly recommend Ken for all your roofing needs.  He was very professional and prompt with calling me back and answering my questions.  He gave me options as to the types of products he could install at different price ranges and tried to get me the best deal possible with rebates.  As a single women, navigating roofing contractors can be intimidating, but Ken never talked down to me and answered all of my questions.  His team was great and worked very hard to complete the job in just one day.  You can tell he is passionate about the finished product and wants to make the customer happy.  While his bid did come in on the high end, I felt in the end, he could do the best job and I am very satisfied with the work.

He and his people did a fine job. I was pleased with the work. He seems to specialize in rubber  roofs. I had 2 other roofs that were not rubber but conventional that I asked him to look at. The first one that I talked to him about I was not in a hurry so I was not to concerned when He never got back with a cost. But the second  one I was needing it to get done fairly quick. Both times he promised to  get right back and I never heard form him.

It went very well. I called for an estimate and Ken the owner called me right back and scheduled one the next day. Ken and his foreman arrived right on time for the estimate. They were polite and professional. They looked over my roof and gave a detailed estimate. They answered all my questions and explained when and what they would do. They were never pushy. I called several days latter to hire them and to schedual the job. The job was delayed several days because of rain but every time I called Kenny answered or called me back latter that same day. Kenny called 2 days before the job confirmed he was coming and schedualed material to be delvered. They showed up right on time and went right to work.  Kenny was on the job site all day and brought me around several  times to explain what they were doing. His crew was very hard working and skilled. Everything came out great and  no surprises. They cleaned up everything when done and did a great job. I was very happy with the results. Kenny and his crew were professional polite and hard working. They did exactly what they agreed to and did it well. I would highly recommend them.

The new roof looks great, no more leaks. It was done in one day.  Crew cleaned up the mess thoroughly.  I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
I contacted Ken on November 1st and he was out at my home 2 days later to look the job over. Having known that Ken did a roof for a co-worker and he was completely satisfied with the work, I decided to go ahead and use him.
He and his crew arrived bright and early on the morning of November 8th and proceeded to strip 2 layers of old shingles off my house, breezeway and attached garage roof in about an hour's time. I was amazed already.
Before putting anything on the roof, Ken explained each part of the process and everything about the high quality materials they'd be replacing my roof with.
When the job was finished, it looked absolutely fantastic! 
I can't say enough good things about his crew. They cleaned up all around my house and you'd never know they just replaced a roof, that very same day. They are beyond efficient.
I have peace of mind knowing that this job was professionally done, and with the highest quality materials.
I will never have to worry about my roof......for the rest of my life.

We were extremely happy with the work they performed.  Ken, the owner, explained each step of the operation.  They actually ran into a couple of hidden problems and they replaced that all within the quoted amount.  We have a railing around the top of our addition - where the flat roof is and the posts go down through the roof - other contractors said that they would have to remove them - not Fantasia - he told me what would be done (he had a master carpenter (Jay) come on saturday and completely wrapped the exposed part of the posts with Azek - very professional job - told us 2-3 days for completion  and it actually took about 3 and 1/2 days because of a couple of rotted pieces of plywood.  
The overall appearance of the roof is 100x better than it was - it looks classy - we have a hip-roof colonial.  They cleaned all the gutters and you would never have known they were ever there!  Nice job, Fantasia and Sons

He was excellent. He was prompt, he was here when he said he would be here. He finished the job up within the day that he said he would. His crew was fantastic, they cleaned up. I have never seen a crew work as hard. The job came out wonderful. The owner was very easy to work with, he was upfront with the price. Everything was completed within the day.

They did a great job.  They came in exactly at their estimate.  They were on time.  They were friendly and professional.  I would certainly recommend them.  I would have liked to pay less but it was a big job.

Went very well, but took quite a long time for him to do the work due to so many more damage he had to repair. Took some time to respond to emails. I was a bit disappointed when they claimed that they were done and I found there was a gap which they needed to take care of (close), which they did, now it looks like before. Also the guy had claimed to turn some of the old planks to make it more invisible, which he never even attempted...but the work itself was done very professional, everything cleaned up afterwards and it took them as long as they had promised

As in the above statement, we were thrilled overall with the work done by Fantasia and Sons.

I wish they used shingles that matched the rest of the roof.

The guys did a good job, were nice and the price was very competitive compared to other bids I received.  The guys also did a good job of cleaning up after they were done, making sure the ground was free of any nails or other debris from the work.  
Ken Fatasia was very responsive and worked with me to make sure they did only what was needed.  I would definitely call them again for any other work I might need to do.

He responded to my call, came when he promised to look at the roof and then came exactly when promised (within a few days) and made the repairs.

They showed up on time on a Saturday in freezing cold weather and installed a new roof on one side of my house in record time and just in time to avoid disaster as a major snow storm hit shortly after.

Prior owners had removed a satellitle dish and left holes with calking in them in the roof.  Fantasia came out very quickly upon our call , properly filled the holes and matches shingles to blend in with the rest of our roof.  Very happy with their service and professionalism.

Very thorough with the estimates and took care of additional issues with other areas of the roof that weren't part of the contract at no additional charge. The project was completed in a day's time and site prep and cleanup were very professionally handled.
