Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC

We hired Dmitry and his company Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod last summer 2023 for a fairly large house renovation project including roof, siding, all windows replacement including architectural remodeling, and high-end deck rebuilding. We found Dmitry’s company via CertainTeed suggested as certified roof installers, as we wanted to install high-end CertainTeed's Grand Manor shingles with multiple skylights and all copper valleys, drip edge and gutters. We also decided to install James Hardy siding which requires certification for correct installation. Dmitry provided very detailed quote, after several meeting with us (6 times), until we discussed every detail including what type of nail will be used to install siding, or copper parts on the roof. I’m not easy person to work as I get to every nuance such as metal incompatibility I.e. copper and aluminum etc. Before I hired Dmitry, I met with 7 different contractors, to discuss the details of the project, architectural redesign, building new 5 levels IPE deck with modern stainless steel handrails, rebuilding new bow huge triple panel windows and transom Marvin windows including lvl support and all copper work. Out of 6 contractors, four didn’t understand the level and details I was asking for my project. Another contractor quoted me for the price equivalent to build a new house, however only Dmitry understood what I really requesting to every detail, he was transparent and honest, and no one couldn’t get close to his quoted price. We signed an agreement and Dmitry started the project. Around 3-5 crews worked simultaneously for 4 months, very very skilled and professional people working with Dmitry for very long time coming every morning at 8am. Dmitry was tolerant and followed my new requests and additions which appeared during the project. I really cannot find anything negative I experienced during the renovation. Job went perfectly

Just had our entire roof replaced with minor repairs by Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod. They responded quickly to our request for an evaluation and proposal. They presented a complete report with a proposal and good explanations. The price seemed reasonable (We did get 2 other proposals.) Work was started almost immediately and completed on time. Clean up was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience. We highly recommend them for any roof job

The job was perfect. The guys showed up on time, worked around existing contractors, the installer worked steadily throughout the day, cleaned everything, and finished in one day. I had a few last-minute changes that I discussed with Dmitry, he was able to accommodate immediately. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod have worked on my house multiple times over the last 7 years. They have replaced windows, built an addition, installed multi-stage complex trim, re-shingled the entire house, replaced the roof, and performed many small repairs. They are always professional, courteous, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. They are very reasonably priced considering the level of professionalism and the quality of their work. They are always my first call for any issues and my first recommendation to anyone needing carpentry services.

It went well and was fairly quick! The roof looks great and they fixed up some unexpected rotting with the siding since the dogs destroyed it and the rain guard stopped working due to being installed incorrectly by the guys my mom hired previously. I would recommend them to all, thank you folks!

Very well from start to finish. Scott the salesman came right out to the house. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He got right back to me with a detailed professional quote. The price was right in the ballpark of what I was thinking, I didn’t even feel it was necessary to get anymore quotes. Scott, Mary and their crew were fantastic! They came in early one morning and worked hard through the day and were gone before the 2nd day was over. Very easy to work with. We got a good price and they were flexible in coordinating with the company removing and reinstalling our solar panels. End product looks great. Good job cleaning up, too.

From the start, it was a hassle. We set an appointment and then they cancelled, pushing it out by another week. They have come by to “look” at our house 3 times in almost 2 months and STILL have NOT given us a quote. We own a raised ranch...by no means is it a huge undertaking of a house. I realize businesses get busy but this is a next level blow off. I guess they just don’t need our business. Look elsewhere unless you want to wait half a year just to get a quote and you might not even get it then. It’s too bad because their initial response to our request for a quote was fast. It just fell apart once the actual effort was needed to put the quote together. At this point I really have ZERO confidence in them doing any work to our house. If they can’t manage a quote, imagine the issues replacing siding and windows could cause.

The best way for me to explain it is this: I had three contractors come out to give estimates. One guy never even called me back after looking at the job. The next guy says I couldn't afford to pay him what it would cost to do the job since it's so complicated (too many angles and cuts). The only company which would do the job was RS of CC. Scott came out to meet me a couple of times so we could go over details and my wife and I were satisfied with his explanations. The job was done a week or so later than we had hoped but overall we are very satisfied with the excellent job done by this company. We would hire them again without hesitation!

Awesome. Took 2-1/2 days. You wouldn't even know they were there except for the new roof. They cleaned up completely during and after job was complete. This is the second time I hired them. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted several siding companies, soliciting bids for a full residing of our cottage, and found several to be very responsive. Pricing varied, but was generally in realistic ranges of each other, and start times were realistically within a matter of several weeks or a month. Ultimately, I selected Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod. Their pricing was lower than a couple, and a bit higher than one, but ultimately, it was the level of attention they gave me during the estimation process, outlining all options (no pressure to do anything beyond what I had requested), and providing detailed estimates that were understandable and allowed for picking and choosing options. When the project got underway, the crew was friendly, professional, and (most importantly), did extremely high quality work. They accommodated the needs of a carpenter concurrently on site, and completed the job quickly and to the highest standard. A few loose ends I noticed at completion were quickly completed without question. Highly recommend. In a business that is highly saturated on Cape Cod, it's easy to find reasons NOT to go with one company or another. The truest test is when the job is complete. If you're happy with the work, pricing, and how you (the customer) was treated throughout...you made the right choice. I know I did.

Both jobs were professionally and thoroughly completed as scheduled. Each time, the crews arrived on time. Each job was completed in two days. Cost was well within my budget. I'm extraordinarily enthusiastic with the quality of work they did. I priced out four companies to do the work. What we've seen thus far is of superb quality. They listened to my questions carefully about the contract, they were responsive, and I thought they handled my husband and I very well. They estimated the time it would take for the roof and gutters and were absolutely accurate.
