Installed a flexible yet more solid dryer duct then what was previously installed. Showed me the holes the mice put in the dryer duct. Hope the critters stay away. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

keep mold from returning.  Since I have respiratory issues, it seemed a necessary expense.  They did not have the proper light on the truck so we had to reschedule the install for a week later and that appointment also had to be rescheduled for the following day.  I was very happy with the work done, though only time will tell if it really was an issue for my health problems and I certainly know it needed to be done.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have done so.  I am going to write it up in the condo newsletter as something all should address and have told friends and family who have any respiratory issues about having it done.  I was told they will maintain the light every two years at no expense.  My suggestion would be that when someone is interested in booking there be more information about the possibility of needs to educate the consumers involved.  Once they are in the house doing the job it is too late to compare pricing for the work.

"Fantastic isn't a sufficient assessment of the job their serviceman, Rich, did. Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the chimney and pipes (and replacing/fixing pieces I wrecked) and keeping the room clean, the insert is burning the wood better, cleaner and more completely than when it was installed brand new (it's at least 10 years old). The glass on the door is staying clean and I'm not getting smoke in the house like I use to even when I damp it down. I was late having them come because I had planned this year to replace it (I always had so much frustration with it) . Now I may not. I couldn't be happier."
