"Very well. I had an appointment for approximately 8 AM. They were a bit late, but had called to let me know, and it wasn't a problem for me. They spent well over an hour on the job. They took a ton of lint out of the vent pipes and the dryer itself. I'm pretty sure that whoever it was I had in last time did not open up the dryer to clean it. They also installed a "bird cage" around the vent opening on the side of the house to prevent critters from getting in. (I don't think I have had problems with birds getting in, but why take the chance?) They were very thorough. The job cost more than the initial estimate, but this was because my vent pipe was longer than I had realized. It was reasonable."

The tech concluded that the blower motor was bad and he called around and was able to find one. Not only did he install it, he also checked to see if the part was still under warranty, which it was!! We only had to pay for installation. The part along would have been over $800. I was extremely happy with him taking the time to check on the warranty for me and get the job done so quickly.
