That didn?t include any masonry work that needed to be done . I had other quotes that included the liner & all the masonry work for the same price . Plus I was overcharged for the chimney cap . I would not recommend Paramount ."

"I reached out to trip advisor and the name of the company came up I called they came and talked. The chimney was used for a wood stove but has not been used in close to 3 years. They suggested the wrap in wire and the cement over it. then seal it and put a cap on it. They worked hard but the underlayment of the wire shows and the cement is not put on to look very nice at all I do not think they used enough cement and did not know how to put that on so it would look like stucco or a cement chimney.. I really think for $2000.00. It could look better. I am disappointed because I used home advisor in hopes of not being dissatisfied and I did this trying to help a friend and I feel like we were actually taken advantage of. I will be unsubscribing from homeadvisore. I thought the company would be good companies. We were persistent and sent pictures. They returned Wednesday Sept 11, 2019. The chimney s appearance is acceptable. They said they were sorry and it was because of the cement mix. My Friend Heidi that owns the home is satisfied with its appearance and the cement overlay looks better now so hopefully it will remain looking good.
