The service tech that Ultimate Chimney Sweep sent out was fantastic. He took the time to educate me on my chimneys, potential issues, and what he was going to do. He took lots of pictures so he could share with me, real time, the condition of my chimneys, and what he felt was required. He ended up doing less work than what I initially planned for. He told me that work was not needed on one of the two chimneys I wanted to have cleaned. He said he could certainly clean it, but would basically be taking my money . Honesty in service is one of the most important things to me, and with Ultimate Chimney Sweep, I got just that - and great service!

Pleasant gentleman came to do the cleaning and inspection. Thought the rate was a bit heafty. Problems were found and quoted the cost for repairs. Thought those were real heafty and plan to do some shopping before commiting to the quote.

Based on input from my general contractor, I would rate them excellent. I had hired them previously on an emergency service type issue. They were very quick to respond from a voicemail message left in their answering system at 2:30 AM with a follow-up phone call at 8:00 AM. They were on site by 9:00 AM and had the problem resolved by 3:30 PM! Based on the experience I personally had with working with them directly I would rate them highly and expect to continue to use them as need be.

I hired Ultimate Chimney Sweep to replace my chimney cap. They quickly came out to give me a quote on the job. The technician was friendly and professional. He had the replacement part in his truck and completed the job on the spot for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again.

Very informative and professional. Gave us all the different options and pricing plus the pros and csfor each approach. They use the camera in the phones to show you the before and after for all the work that occurs on the roof. It is a great way to show you the real problems and how they are solved.

Great service, called me right back, on a Saturday, when I had a hard time getting anyone to call me. Arrived promptly and did a very nice job.

Service was timely and appears to be well done. They offered a warranty on their work, which other companies did not. Pleased to have them do the work and will consider them for my annual maintenance.

Schedluing staff were excellent and flexible, and also followed up beforehand. Technician was fantastic, did the job and cleaned up after with no mess, which is not always true in this business. Not the cheapest, but they get the job done. I would hire them again for similar work.

I didn't appreciate the fact that as I was trying to talk to the guy who actually came out to do the work about what I needed to have done and would like to have done that his boss was calling him on the phone and yelling at him that he was taking too long on the job. That is why I gave them a 1 for customer service. They are way overpriced on some of their services as I am finding out after the fact. I would not call them again.

Don't hire this company!!! The owner's wife who is the office manager and the technician who came to our house are very unprofessional! The technicain was grumpy from the first minutes showed up at my door. He made a mess for each fireplace without udrop cloth. Then he get on the roof, halfway through and decided he didn't want tocomplete the job because he forgot to bring necessary equiptment to help get to the top of the chimney to inpsect. The wrost is he called the owner's wife, the office manager, and they decided that they will not complete the job because my roof is too tall!. Technicain left the job without cleaning up the mess.

Very prompt service

They got the job done quickly - almost seemed a little too quickly. There's really no way to tell how thorough they are or how clean the chimney is afterwards. They seem more interested in selling you very expensive extras afterwards than they are in actually cleaning your chimney.

THESE PEOPLE WERE PROFESSIONAL FROM THE START, QUOTE WAS PROVIDED AFTER HE WENT ONTO THE ROOF AND SURVEYED AND PHOTOGRAPHED THE CHIMNEY. HE PROVIDED DETAILED QUOTE ON ALL ASPECTS OF POSSIBLE WORK TO BE DONE, ALL OF WHICH WAS WRITTEN. SETTLED ON ASPECTS OF WORK TO BE DONE AND GOT A GREAT DISCOUNT WITH THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN LESS THAN A WEEK. THE OTHER COMPANY THAT YOU REFERRED SEEMED LIKE A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO WANTED TO RIP OFF SHINGLES AND SEAL THE AREA AROUND THE CHIMNEY WITH TAR, AT AN EXCEPTIONALLY HIGHER PRICE. THEY DID NOT EVEN GET ON THE ROOF TO SURVEY REPAIR.

Got an appointment right away. Very friendly and informative. Good price.

I had them come out and clean my dryer vent because the dryer kept overheating. After they did their thing, everything was back to normal.
