They built an exterior stairway to the section of the house they were working on and installed a barrier between the construction zone and the rest of the house. This let us live in the house while the workers had their own separated area. Our Project Manager Ray was fantastic! His communication was excellent and whenever we had questions he was great at taking the time to explain what he was doing. "Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. "The entire job from start to finish took three months... not bad for a hundred year old house. Plumbing and electric work was very reliable. They also have a very talented woodworker who was able to reuse much of the original wood to repair a window sill, trim, and baseboard. Whenever we had any concerns they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. They also had a beautiful selection of cabinets and granite counter tops to choose from. We would absolutely use them again. Very happy with the outcome."
