We had eight new windows placed the whole back of the house has new siding and trim as well as corner boards and it looks incredible. The deck was masterfully built where it is incorporated within the structure of the house it is absolutely 100% leak proof and a joy to experience. The project started in late February and finished in late May. James was a wonderful contractor to work with with a great crew and Grainnie made sure that all of the appointments were met and coordinated all aspects of the work. "James and the team at Avalon Masonry and Construction replaced our brick front walkway with pavers, repaired some existing paver work, and re-leveled a bluestone patio that had settled. Excellent work on all three. They started quickly and worked efficiently, with none of the long idle stretches you often get on a hardscaping job. Communication was thorough and proactive throughout, and they were responsive to our budget and creative about solving problems rather than defaulting to the most expensive fix. When one detail of the finished walkway wasn't sitting right with us, they came back and corrected it without any pushback. That willingness to stand behind the work is why I'd hire them again."
