James and John were punctual from the very first time at them. They always arrived 15 minutes before they said they would be there, and waited politely in the truck till the appointed hour befor knocking on the door. In these pandemic times, I was always impressed at their regular use of facemasks both inside and outside the house. Their quotation was well below another company. They started exactly when I said they would, and were extremely careful and methodical. They also have a very talented woodworker who was able to reuse much of the original wood to repair a window sill, trim, and baseboard.
