"The entire job from start to finish took three months... not bad for a hundred year old house. Plumbing and electric work was very reliable. They also have a very talented woodworker who was able to reuse much of the original wood to repair a window sill, trim, and baseboard. Whenever we had any concerns they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. They also had a beautiful selection of cabinets and granite counter tops to choose from. "James and the team at Avalon Masonry and Construction replaced our brick front walkway with pavers, repaired some existing paver work, and re-leveled a bluestone patio that had settled. Excellent work on all three. They started quickly and worked efficiently, with none of the long idle stretches you often get on a hardscaping job. Communication was thorough and proactive throughout, and they were responsive to our budget and creative about solving problems rather than defaulting to the most expensive fix. When one detail of the finished walkway wasn't sitting right with us, they came back and corrected it without any pushback. That willingness to stand behind the work is why I'd hire them again."

He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything.
