I hired Diamond Superior Cleaning for the first time, and I must say, they were really quick and responsive, which is not common among other companies. What's more, the person in charge visited my place on the same day to understand the job and give me a quote, which I really appreciated. Since I needed their services urgently, they kindly scheduled the cleaning for the next day. They did an amazing job, going above and beyond to make sure my place was spotless. Additionally, they performed extra cleaning that I did not even ask for, and there was no extra charge. The manager also took the time to walk through everything and make sure I was happy with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

After Susan and her team cleaned our house my 5 year granddaughter said, your house looks more sparkly. They do a better job than any cleaners I’ve ever hired. We live in a large place and it’s a lot of work. I just raised her fee from $160 to $175 because they deserve it.

Great Job! Everything came out beautifully! Did as I asked, deep cleaning with attention to high touch surfaces, floors, furniture, windows. Made my couch look almost brand new. There were only some minor places missed, and they were a tad bit late, that is why four stars not five. Susan is great with work with! She is attentive, positive, and takes pride in her work! Her staff and her truly did a wonderful job! Look forward to working with them again.

Susan and her colleague did a job so amazing, I haven't the words to describe it. Our apartment was a mess after we moved out of Fort Point - the appliances needed love, the cabinets and drawers were full of crumbs and dust, and the foors were covered in muddy tire tracks from the movers compliments of a recent fire sprinkler break in our lobby which transferred dirt to their dollies and ultimately to our floor. The duo from DSC came in, ready to attack, and in about 2 hours, our apartment actually looked (and smelled) better than it had even on the day we moved in. The fridge looked showroom clean, the oven looked as if it had never even been used. The floors were SPOTLESS, and you couldn't find a speck of dirt anywhere if you tried. I really can't say enough great things about these folks. They are 100% worth every penny, and will leave your place possibly better than YOU found it even.

Phenomenal service. They were able to get all the grease of kitchen cabinets and stove. The previous occupants had left a lot of stickers stuck to walls and floor and crayon markings on walls. The team was able to take all markings off and stickers. Place looks phenomenal.

From the start this was a great experience. Susan is pleasant, professional and very responsive. She quickly set me up with a walk through to give an estimate and got my first appointment on the books. The team showed up early for the appointment and did a thorough job cleaning my home. I couldn't be home for the service so Susan did the final walk through via video call. I couldn't have been happier when I arrived home to my sparkling clean home. I was so pleased with Diamond Superior Cleaning that I've already scheduled the next service.
