"I couldn't be happier with the results.  From start to finish the service was outstanding.  Neary Construction was the quickest to respond to my request for an estimate.  Along the way there were a few unforseen difficulties but they stuck to the price on the initial estimate.
My home is over 100 years old so nothing is standard in size.  Neary Construction was able to install new door frames and seamlessly fit in new doors.  Our old stairs were very steep and had unusually small treads.  The replacement stairs are a huge improvment.  Neary Construciton replaced the stringers and reconfigured the angle of the staircase so that they meet modern standards.  With both the doors and the stairs the finish carpentry was exceptional.  We had planned on putting a runner over the stairs but they came out so good we've decided against it!
Lastly, after replacing one gutter they tightened up the others free of charge.
