"Very Professional and attention to detail. Installation crew were very courteous and good at what they do. Quality Installation If you are looking to replace your tub or shower, I highly recommend Bay State Luxury Bath"

"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Jeff Veglia did a great job repairing the custom tile shower. He was responsive to questions and did the job as described in the time frame promised and within the expected budget. He sent a number of people to do various parts of the work, and each person was professional, did good work, kept the work site clean, and did the job well. I would definitely use Jeff Veglia again and would recommend him."

"An amazing transformation of my bathroom in just one week! I opted to gt an acrylic surround in the shower and tile floor in the one bathroom in my house. I couldn't wait weeks to use it again, but the Integrity bath works team managed to do the major work, including swapping the toilet and sink AND replacing the exterior window, within the week! It was crazy to see everything demolished down to the studs and built up so quickly! I do like my extra deep tub, and I've found that a bonus to the acrylic shower surround is that it doesn't get as cold on the exterior wall as the tile did."

"I love the new bathroom. The outdated peach tub is gone and a modern roomy shower has taken its place. My bathroom looks modern, fresh, and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a stress free remodeling experience! I will be a repeat customer."

"Long Baths is simply great. They installed the shower of my dream that through no fault of their own succumbed to a manufactures defect. Chris Reynard and Long Baths worked fast and replaced my shower covered by my warranty at no additional charge. I am thankful to know I worked with a company that stood by their work and lifetime warranty."

"I hired Bob to replace a basement door. He did a great job, his price was very reasonable, and was a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again."

"I've used this company several times to replace Decks and patio in my house and to renovate a bathroom. From the initial visit to the finished job, everybody in this company is professional and cares about what they are doing. The guys are so great to work with. It's hard to find a contractor you can trust, and I trust these guys completely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for anything I needed done in the house."

"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."
