"The project went great, from the first phone call to the end of the job. We were called a day before to confirm the arrival time, and the work crew arrived on schedule. It turned out they had some additional material from a previous job that day, so they actually repaired a bit more of the wall than had been agreed on, which we really appreciated. When we originally scheduled the job, we were given information on other services that Pioneer Basement provides, but at no time were we given any sales pitches. We're very confident that we picked the right firm to do our foundation repairs -- we'll definitely call them first for any similar work, and will recommend them to friends."

"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

"Anderson replaced a set of stairs had gotten hit by a plow blade a two years ago. Set he replaced were precast abd hollow. He did a fantastic job with the new ones, NO precast or hollow. I have solid stairs!!!!! The job was completed fast, Anderson and his assistant were awesome!! They explained to me, were courteous snd respectful they paid to detail! I woukd highly recommend them for any Concrete projects! I am thinking of a new patio next year. Concrete Solutions will definitely be getting the call!!! He also had his electrician add more outlets so I can charge my batteries with out running an extension cord. He is reliable and doesn’t quit until he’s happy with the final product.
