Sullivan Plumbing and Heating

Dan came to my house to install a bathtub, toilet, and replace cast iron pipes with PVC. He finished 75% of the job, then returned $150 as a promise that he would be back to finish the job in the next week. He then ignored all of our outreach to finish the job. We have been quoted >$700 to finish the work he did not complete. The pipes he did replace are leaking at the hub clamp, and he charged us to pull a permit that he never ended up pulling. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Called Dan at 8am I needed a water heater. Another company was a no show the day before. Dan was on site at 1:30 pm job was completed before 3:00 pm. Itâ s good to deal with a nice guy who cares. Dan will be my plumber from now on.

Dan answered all of my questions and completed the work I needed done the next day.

Not only does Sullivan Plumbing do an excellent job, they are one of the best contractors I've work with as far as staying in communication and being prompt for their appointments.
