I first used Eastern Woodworks at the recommendation of the salesman at Moynihan Lumber. They made me a wood top for a set of cabinets being used as an entertainment center. They did a great job making the cabinets look like furniture, and the price was right. I worked with them again to make custom built in cabinets for my dining room. I was looking to buy semi-custom cabinets from Moynihan (again), but the cabinet manufacturers didn't have what I wanted and what they did have was very pricey. So my salesman friend suggested I try Eastern Woodworks for full custom. Though they normally do countertops, owner Mike and cabinetmaker Tim seemed to enjoy the challenge of the custom job. The end result was exactly what I was looking for and cost less than semi-custom. Recently, they made me a custom laundry counter. Again it was a pleasure working with Mike & Tim. They suggested using scrap butcher block from another job to save money and it turned out beautifully.

They were fabulous!!  Excellent to work with, beautiful workmanship, reasonable pricing, prompt, courteous, neat, helpful....I can't say enough.  I would hire them again in a second and would recommend them to everyone.
