Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

We called “Mr. Fix It” and they understood our time constraints and scheduled a quick assessment of the repairs the very next day after my initial contact. Lorenzo was honest about his schedule and delegated one of his team members to do the job, which was completed in less than two days. At the completion of the project, my family and I had a new storm door installed, a brand new office space set up, another storm door fixed, heavy curtain rods installed throughout the house, and heavy mirrors and paintings securely fixed on the walls. Apart from assembling multiple pieces of office furniture, Lorenzo’s team member was helpful and patient as we asked him to move the furniture around to organize and decorate my home office. This was a tedious task that was handled gracefully and with helpful advice that certainly contributed to a practical and wonderful home office space.
