"They installed a Timber Tech deck for me and did a great job. They also replaced rotted out posts. They communicated well throughout the whole process. I use them again."

"Excellent. Also very good work painting, gutter cleaning. And minor repairs. They are always there when they say they they will be. If not they let you know when. Great courtesy"

"Responsible, good communication with clients, and always does his best."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Dave Harris was quick to schedule to an estimate and arrived on time. He provided some helpful insight during the estimate and ended up pricing the job significantly lower than the other contractors I had come out. After hiring Dave to rebuild the deck, his crew showed up on time and were professional. The deck was completed on time and came out great. I was so impressed I hired Dave to do some other work on my property.

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"Our pro overall did a good job. There was a little time management issue but once we got passed that our deck was sanded painted and stained quickly. Our pro has great customer service is very professional and works hard to get the job done. we love our deck and would work with him again."

"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"From the moment I contacted Barretoâ s Property Solutions, Joy was always very thorough, professional and enthusiastic about his work and details of services. He was extremely efficient and fast and was knowledgeable of safe chemicals for pets and to save the paint from peeling from the sidings. Overall impressed with the outcome of my home and will definitely recommend and hire him again and again!"
