James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. "I had Construction do the siding on my house. It was a nightmare as soon as it started they disappeared for weeks at a time leaving my house, exposed to the elements and causing water damage on the interior. When the job was done it looks great, however it seem to leak every time it rained and random places all around the house After several service calls of them coming out and trying to stop the issue with tubes of caulking I called another contractor who informed me they sold me really great siding, but installed it completely wrong which caused the leaks I have to have the siding reinstalled correctly. I would not recommend using this company for anything. They were overpriced service plus total crap and the job they did was extremely substandard. Don’t let them fool you with warranties and talk to them being the best because they will show up, but they’re not gonna fix anything."

The ones that are more hidden they didn't bother to wrap or caulk correctly. Called the office and they said that if they "fixed the issues" it would be more damage. "I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it.
