Broke the valve to my water service tank and snuck out without saying a word,. Refused to come out on any weekend to fix. When I finally rescheduled, wanted to charge me for the repair of the valave they broke. Unethical

They came to inspect my old faucet and determined that it would be more cost effective to replace the old with a new Faucet. The technician brought a Moen product guide and helped me choose the new faucet. He listened very carefully to my needs and I chose the faucet that most clearly met my needs. He didn’t charge me for that service call. The next day his office called to set up an appointment to install the faucet I had chosen. I was given a slot and told the installation would take about an hour. On the day of the appointment, the installer arrived about 20 minutes early. He installed the faucet in 25 minutes and gave me an invoice for the cost of the faucet and a minimum of the cost of labor…$135/hour. He left my kitchen in pristine order and took away packing debris. He was polite and helpful.

My experience from start to finish was amazing. I called to let them know that we had no hot water, they set an appointment for that very same day. The technician, Jacob, arrived 20 minutes early. He was courteous, professional, and friendly (my dog loved him). He checked on the water heater to see if it needed repair or replacement, then showed me exactly why it needed to be replaced. He said they could replace it immediately. He left to pick up a new water heater and someone to help him and within three hours of his arrival, we had hot water again. I will surely use them again for any other plumbing issues in our house.
