I asked him to look into a radiator that wasn't producing heat, and while he was there, to do a few plumbing odds and ends. He completed the odds and ends quickly and charged an huge price, said he would come back for the radiator and then never returned. Despite multiple phone calls and promises on dates that he would return, he never did. Completely unprofessional. I would never hire this guy.

He did a great job. He is very honest and tried to save me money when he could. I was very pleased and he hired the electrician that did some of the work. I was happy with all providers he used. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The new hi-efficiency gas boilers involve complex piping. The boiler was installed on a wall in a very small boiler room. Plumber maintained full and constant contact with manufacturer technicians during installation. Plumber has phoned me to check on the operation of the boiler and ordered and installed a new part for a defective valve.

Not very responsible. Failed to meet the expected deadline date. Never finished job had to hire another plumber to finish job. He never called to say when he was coming. He would say he was coming then never show up.
