One of our garage doors stopped working due to the fact that the spring system broke (due to years of neglect) before a major snow storm and during a very cold spell here in Boston. PJ arrived on the day that we called to investigate, confirm and provide a quote. He provided a fair price and ordered the parts. Then, despite the fact that snow was falling on the day that the parts came in, PJ came and installed and repaired the broken garage door.
