Great guy! Installed 3 deadbolts for me since my doors didn't originally have them. Plus he fitted my key to them too.

We had them change our locks in our new townhouse and informed us that our deadbolt was no good and anyone could of broken into the house; He took care of that for us also. He provided great service and I thought had reasonable rates; would use this service again.

He was prompt and was put together. He was very respectful and nice. I was impressed.

What a nice job. I called and lucked out with an appointment the very next day. Stephen was right on time, had everything needed for the job, and did the work promptly and efficiently. He made a couple of recommendations using some options I'd never heard of, that will be very helpful. He also replaced a loose doorknob and fixed a couple of other minor issues that were driving me crazy. I will absolutely use him again for any locksmith type of job, but I have to say I hope I won't have to do this again any time soon.

Excellent service. We were closing on a home and received short notice. Steve was able to meet with us the next day. He walked around the home with us and identified all the locks needing to be changed including one out in a shed we had overlooked. He was on time, courteous, and cost was excellent. He even went out of his way by grabbing a ladder in the back of his van and helping us reset the garage door opener mechanism and lock. This speaks volumes to me about the kind of person he is. I would highly and without reservation recommend Quinn's Locksmith Service. We joined Angie's list as we were moving to a new area and needed reliable people we could trust without the opportunity to refer to local friends and family. The members reviews were spot on and I am happy to take the time to share my experience to help others in the same situation.

When I called I spoke directly to the locksmith who immediately understood our situation. We made an appointment for the same morning and he arrived early. Within 10 minutes the lock in our main door was repaired, and within the hour four other outside doors were re-keyed and new keys made. I couldn't be happier with the service, and recommend without reservation.

From the first phone call they were very punctual. They called me back within an hour, were very professional, and scheduled an appointment for that same week. They were on time to the appointment, and did a really nice job with everything, including cleanup. The thing that most impressed me was how they corrected one misunderstanding. There were two guys working on the job, and I had told them I wanted a key made for all doors. After one guy left, the other one was on his way out and I realized he hadn't made a key for one interior door - I asked if he could do it but he was on his way to another job, so I figured no big deal, I'll get it done later. But to my surprise, the guy who had already left came back a couple of hours later (without me every asking!) and made a couple of keys for me and finished the job, as well as apologizing for that not getting done earlier. And he didn't even charge me for the extra time or those couple of keys! Best customer service experience I've had in a long time and that really proved to me that they value quality of work and customer satisfaction over a quick profit. I will definitely use them again for any locksmith work I need, and would very highly recommend them.

It went very well. The locksmith was on time, knowledgeable, suggested ways to save money and his rates were definitely reasonable. I'll remember him if I need this service again or know someone who does.

Mr. Quinn was prompt, professional and polite. He had provided an estimate by phone when the appointment was made and he stuck with it when the work was performed. He was able to accommodate a late day appointment to meet my husband at the house after his shift at the hospital. He called ahead to make sure the appointment time was still ok and was able to arrive slightly early when my husband made it home in better time than expected. I would highly recommend Mr.Quinn's service and plan to use him again if the need arises.

It was great. I called a bunch of locksmiths in the area. I wasn't familiar with what kind of dead bolts I needed. After calling 3 other locksmiths, his quote came in at half of the others. His availability was great. He showed up on time. Everything was done really quickly. He cleaned up after himself. He recommended a good product. I was willing to spend more on a better dead bolt, but he told me that I could get essentially the same lock for a better price if I went with a different brand.
