The lock on my slider door was malfunctioning. I had just joined Angie's list, so looked up locksmiths. I found Brinks Lock, and Gary Colonna, with an A rating. I read several excellent reviews and called. Gary answered the call, and I described the situation, plus sent photos of the lock, as requested, to save time. Gary went out of his way to locate the part he felt would do the trick without having to replace the entire lock.
He arrived this morning, right on time, made the repair and the lock works beautifully. By finding the part to repair rather than replace the entire lock, Gary saved me significant money. I sincerely appreciate this savings, realizing that other locksmiths would not go to the trouble to find a part if replacing the lock would be easier for them, as well as increase their profit.
