CHET'S LOCK SHOP

Great!!! They did the work while I waited and watched. They were very helpful and patient.

After purchasing our home I wanted to have the locks changed ASAP and I sent messages to well rated locksmiths on Angie's List. Chet's (his sister) got back to me quickly and set up an appointment within 24 hours. She was professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Chet called ahead of the appointment and was able to come earlier then scheduled. I was dealing with a few contractors at the house that day and Chet quickly asked the right questions and got right to work. He was a professional and was able to accomplish the lock changes in under an hour out of his truck. Having the locks changed made us feel more at home and I would definitely recommend Chet. I'm not sure of price and quality but it seemed "good" for three lock changes to match on one key (he made 3 key copies too).

Went smooth, called and had an install date scheduled that fit my schedule, 2 days after the call!

Completed job in less than 1 hour, 5 Door knobs and locks replaced.

Adjusted strikes to allow proper door closing.  Gave plenty of keys as well.

Has his own work truck and was able to do all the work required on site.

I didn't want to have to remove the locks and bring it to the shop so I had the mobile van come to my home. I called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon. Keyed both locks to match the front door key, which was great.

Chet was fantastic. Punctual, fair, friendly and skilled. We needed to change our locks on all four doors of our new house, but we only had keys for one of the doors. No problem! The whole thing took about an hour. Would definitely use again. A+++

We were moving into our new home, and we realized we had lost the keys to the house we just purchased. We were in the middle of packing up our old house, and we assumed that the movers had probably knocked the keys into one of the boxes that were being packed. The movers were about 90% done loading the truck, and we had about an hour before they would be arriving at our new house with the doors locked and no way to get in (besides breaking a window). I called Chet and he answered immediately. He told be he could meet us within the hour at the new house. When I arrived he was waiting for me in the driveway, and he had us in the house within 10 minutes. He re-keyed the locks, and he also quoted me for installing some deadbolts in some additional doors that need them. I was extremely grateful for his responsiveness, and I will post an update once the new locks are full installed.

Everything went very well, Chet showed up a few minutes early and was very efficient and professional. He was also very friendly and took care of all the exterior locks on the doors. Would definitely recommend him to others.
