You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by. I had already called 8 HVAC companies who couldn't help due to heavy no-heat calls. So I called Gault, who was able to order me a replacement which arrived yesterday morning. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. They all went out of their way to help us when we were in a really bad situation."
