We visited the showroom to look at gas fireplace inserts. Jane was very helpful and informative.
She was very understanding that we wanted to think about things instead of buy right away.
We called the next day to order an insert. The installation was scheduled at our convenience and
went well. The service guys have been back a couple times for service and once to install a new part on a recall.
They also came and did some repair on a leaky pipe at another time.
