We had carbon dioxide detectors going off, called the Fire Dept, our gas plumber, and the Town Gas Inspector. They eventually determined the gas leak was coming from a cracked heat exchanger in the gas furnace, which required a total replacement. I had already called 8 HVAC companies who couldn't help due to heavy no-heat calls. So I called Gault, who was able to order me a replacement which arrived yesterday morning. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. They all went out of their way to help us when we were in a really bad situation.

This company is one of my best experiences with needed fixes. Hot water heater quit and Nick replaced it quickly and quietly. NO post-installation problems. It’s a gift to find a company like this. Hurray for Gault!! Ann Condon

We had new gas pipes installed in the street and from the street to the house whoever inspected it from ever source said that we had a leak so I immediately called Nick he showed up tested everything he said he Also fixed a couple of other plumbing problems that I had around the house As I said above his service and work were exceptional I will be hiring him for another project that I have coming up shortly

Wonderful. I had had it diagnosed by a plumber who wanted about 2,000 for replacements. This plumber said he could fix it and did for 1/4 the amount. He was dressed professionally, had a truck full of neatly organized tools, made his decision after inspection and fixed it all quickly and with expertise. He is a relatively new young man in the area and for me I feel he is performing the best I have experienced here in 25 years. I have had extremely rude plumbers and plumbers who took weeks to get here; also men who have not done the job correctly but charged astronomical fees. My thanks to Angie's list for presenting this plumber and his services. .I am sure others will be favorably impressed. He also did some minor repairs needed in bathroom and outside water. (Recently another plumber here to work on pipes was asked to do this simple thing and told me he would have to go outside to his truck and re-enter the house charging another 179. once more just to look at the different problem. He was also extremely rude. Certainly would have paid him for his time... What a terrible company that was.

He did a great job. They met every expectation and they went above and beyond. He came in with a quote and the materials that he bought. I'm going to use him as a plumber now while I'm still living here. They were clean and courteous.

He got back to me within an hour. After I sent him pictures, he sent me an estimate within 2 hours and completed the work Friday. He was polite and professional with the work.

Nick did a great job fixing our basement toilet. He is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
