I contacted the MA District Attorney's office who put me in touch with consumer advocate Deb Henderson to resolve my issue with Shamrock. She said that she spoke to the owner Carmelo Franco about my issue and said that Franco is uncooperative, therefore we are unable to proceed. I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by. "We had carbon dioxide detectors going off, called the Fire Dept, our gas plumber, and the Town Gas Inspector. They eventually determined the gas leak was coming from a cracked heat exchanger in the gas furnace, which required a total replacement. I had already called 8 HVAC companies who couldn't help due to heavy no-heat calls. So I called Gault, who was able to order me a replacement which arrived yesterday morning. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. They all went out of their way to help us when we were in a really bad situation."
