Steve is very likable and very personable. Steve was willing to come to my house, To evaluate the job and give me a fair estimate. Without requiring a down payment. I called another plumber in the area with the estimate that Steve gave me and he wouldn't even call me back after. While Steve was working he suggested a few improvements that he thought that I might like, that have worked out much better and he still maintained the same price. Steve will certainly be my go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

There is nothing worse than a plumbing problem as we don't often need a plumber's assistance. When you wake in the morning to water in your basement it is a panic. We were luck to be contacted by Steve Ricci and he said, "I will be there by 3 PM", and he was 15 minutes early. I showed him the leak and he quickly determined what could be done, and what were the options. He then went to a plumbing supply house to get the parts and return. Steve returned and di the job in a bit over an hour. He explained what he did, and how to prevent it in the future. We were very pleased with entire experience and the cost was not exorbitate. Two thumbs up for Steve, and we would use him again.

Steve did a good job. On our house in Falmouth. He dealt with us literally changing the kitchen design mid point of construction while having a good attitude. He helped my wife recommending a shower etc. Steve did everything up to code and pulled the right permits. When we had challenging situations he was creative. Steve dealt with a millworker/contractor who was installing our cabinets and less than professional. Steve was diplomatic working with others. Over the years I have renovated a number of houses and plumbers can be a challenge as they deal with pipes. Steve is above the rest

Steve was knowledgeable and offered several alternatives to tub replacement. He was friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up at end of the day which was a huge bonus for me. We will be using him again.

Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was personable and knowledgeable. He installed a gas water heater at our cottage on cape cod. He also texted us when he was on his way. He completed the installation in about an hour and removed the old water heater for us. Would definitely recommend and rehire.

Needed my boiler replaced. Called twice and text messaged and no return call? I understand it's a busy time of year but you need to return calls.... I would never recommend someone like this! I deal with customers all day everyday and would never ignore them!

Steve Ricci came on time, did the job and it was a plumbing masterpiece. We got 3 quotes and Steve was the most competitive. He had to reroute pipes to fit a different location than our old water heater and had to build a wood frame on which to mount the water heater. The job was done expertly and it is a beautiful sight to see. I will call him first for any plumbing job we have in our Condo Association.

needed a plumber in one day for a gas problem Steve Ricci came the next day at 8:00 am just like he said he would.who does that on Cape Cod.Steve is a real pro.I highly recommend him and is very reasonable in terms of cost.

Wonderful

Steven Ricci came out to replace a kitchen faucet and perhaps replace the valves under the sink. He was willing to come to the outer Cape on a Saturday, but was able to come earlier since he was in the area. He checked the valves and they didn't need to be replaced and installed the new faucet I had bought previously. This all saved me $ and time. I am very pleased at his efficient and expert work! Thanks!

Very good work. Came when he said would be there so reliable. Would use him again. Only grip is only takes cash/checks on delivery.
