"I was really in a difficult situation with another company having done some router work and deciding that we needed $16000 worth of Excavation for a broken pipe. I called Nick however, he did not do that type of work. He referred another company, Bass, ready rooter Bass was excellent. They came out right away, they took their time, and they got through a hundred and fifty feet of pipe and nothing was broken. So Roto Rooter is it company to stay away from. I was so impressed with Nick and the information he gave me and the referral to Bass, that I lined him up to do maintenance on five boilers."

"Customer service was very professional and helpful. I will definitely have them back for more work."

"Changed a whole house inline water filter system for me. Had absolutely no problem. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will always use him as my plumber of choice"

"I just felt that the price was very expensive for what they did. They were not in my house for an hour and the bill was over 500 dollars. All they did was disconnect my gas stove and hook it back up again."

"Excellent service! Immediately picked up the phone and scheduled a service same day! Dave was so professional, he came with his helper. They were very nice and easy to deal with. I usually feel uncomfortable since plumbers charge based on the hours they spent. They worked as a team did not waste time. I highly recommend them. Shah
