Gaby transformed the look from a country style kitchen to a more modern, crisp design by: -extending the cabinets about 10” to the ceiling, and adding molding and trim work -replacing faux legs in our island and cooking area with clean edges -building custom decorative panels for the island and columns -removing a cabinet to make room for a beverage center -countless repairs and fixes Gaby also coordinated painting - both the cabinets and the ceiling/walls, and painted over 50 cabinet doors/drawers himself. The painting turned out absolutely beautiful and professional - as if the cabinets were white from the beginning. He also coordinated many of the other jobs, including recommending an electrician for us who was also very reliable and professional. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "Bob did a great job in helping us both design and refinish our basement. He helped dismantle old fixtures and drywall before framing the entire basement. He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. His brother did most of the work with him, which made for a cohesive crew. We would recommend Bob and his brother to anyone in need of carpentry or other home improvement jobs."
