"Moises Carpentry & Painting did an excellent job! He is a true gem! This job involved some outdoor work repairing woodpecker damage and other bird damage to our window frames. He quoted a fair price and arrived right on time. Instead of just patching he removed the sections of damaged molding and custom cut replacement molding to match the existing sections. Then they came back the next day and painted the new molding to match. They worked hard and efficiently without drama and did a thorough cleanup at the end. I give them my highest recommendation!"

He then rebuilt our stairway to curve to another side to avoid head obstacles. He was responsive and flexible throughout. We were impressed with his work so we hired him to do additional floor leveling, floor installation, and all of the trim work. "Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). "Basement project: We met with Eric and he was our point person for the whole project. He and his team couldn't have been better. We were ripped off by another contractor a few years prior to this so to say we were gun shy was an understatement. Eric definitely made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The 2 guys who came in to do the carpentry did an excellent job, always included us on decisions, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable. The quality of work was better than we could have ever imagined and the space looks awesome. They had to do some demo and redid a wall, added shelves and laid a floor. They stayed on track and on schedule and we felt the price quoted was fair and worth every penny.

The second project was exterior about a year later. We needed so panels replaced and repainted. Once again, on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Its hard to find a contractor to begin with and one that is honest and takes pride and cares about their work is a gem. We'll definitely use them again.
