"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "John and his crew did a fantastic job with our small remodeling project of turning a 3bd/1ba into a 2bd/2ba. I interviewed about 7 contractors for the job and John was by far the most personable, quality oriented, and reasonable. Throughout the process, he was great about providing his expert opinion but I never felt pressured in any situation. I had a vision for what I wanted and John was there to execute and provide guidance. My partner and I are first time home buyers and I was very worried about navigating the Boston system for renovations. John took care of everything and even though we had some hiccups with the city he was a great communicator and kept me updated every step of the way.
