Lou came to our house twice to show us our options and give us demonstrations on the windows; PJ came over to measure; and Skylar and Reid did the installation in two days. All were knowledgeable, polite, respectful, honest and caring. After the job was done, Lou stopped by to check out the job, and PJ came over to help with an issue with one of our blinds. We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours. Whatâ s even more impressive is willingness to follow-up and respond to concerns or questions. We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order.
