Quick, complete, and clean. The crew were in and out within a few hours, cleaned up beautifully, and had the inspector in to certify the removal promptly when the work was complete. This was a tough project (old HVAC ducts in a crawlspace), done well.

Maria & the entire team were exceptional. All communication was fast, clear and accurate. The quote ($2,200) was reasonable. And the work was thorough, clean and on-time. I would use Impresair again for demolition work.

They were super friendly and easy to deal with. They arrived at the time agreed on the morning of, and completed the job in a timely manner. Professional and left everything very clean. The pricing was reasonable in my view. We had about 50' of old pipe insulation to be removed.

I received a response for a quote right away and they came out the next day to look at the ceiling to give me quote. The quote was the best and very reasonable out of all the companies I received quotes from. The Unit above me had leaked into my bathroom and damaged my ceiling. The day of the job they showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done. Everything was left clean and they did a very nice clean job removing my ceiling. Very Impressed and thankful they were available right away and handled everything very well.

The crew arrived precisely on time and immediately put up barriers to protect my home and belongings. They worked quickly and when they were done, they already had the inspector scheduled (they also got all the permits). The City mandated air test came back with no asbestos remaining. The process took just the morning, didn't distrupt my home at all, and I can use my basement again without feeling like it's unhealthy! Thank you!

Maria Najarro was responsive from the start, and returned subsequent phone calls promptly. Her two-man crew arrived punctually, and were very polite and professional. They worked hard and continuously, and completed the work within 20 minutes of their estimate of time needed. Encapsulation seems to be done at a high level of quality. They left the work site cleaner than it had been when they'd arrived.

The crew at Impresair were wonderful. Maria quickly and helpfully coordinated the schedule and getting all permits and was helpful in answering our questions. The price was incredibly fair for the work they did. The day of the work, the crew arrived on time and was incredibly thorough, there was no remnant of the insulation left on any of the pipes that were scrubbed down clean. They came back later in the afternoon after the inspection and took down the plastic seals. All in all it was a same day process, the price was very reasonable and they were very friendly and responsive.

Highly recommended. Calixto undertook more work than was originally expected which made the actual asbestos removal process more difficult but he still managed to successfully complete the job in the time he estimated, which was one day. Very happy with the final results and the hard word of Calixto and his team.

They were so professional from the start. Maria got back to me immediately and coordinated everything including the permit process and re-inspection. Very punctual on the day of service as well as friendly and respectful.

I contacted this company 3 years ago and was finally able to have the work done July 10, 2017.  They did an excellent job from start to finish. All asbestos was removed per removal standards. They were professional, respectful, and cleaned up everything to perfection.  I would definitely refer this company to everyone.

Excellent. They showed up 10 minutes early, got set up and explained the process and were gone in about 4 hours. They were able to cleanly remove the floor in sections and bagged it. Afterwards they cleaned up nicely. Very professional, prompt and quick working. I would hire them again!
