I had an emergency repair needed on the front siding. A bad wind storm literally torn half of the siding off my building. Will (Jr) was very quick and efficient in his response. Same day able to give me a quote and come up with digital photos of what the project would look like and samples of materials. Within a week able to come and take care of the issue. Very professional and highly recommended by family as well which is a plus ð Thanks so much

Wil and his team did a great job on the roof of my 1955 ranch recently. Hats off to Dan and Carlos and the rest of the crew. They were clean, fast and tight. They made it look easy. They also found a venting issue that I was unaware of and fixed it. It wasn't part of the job, but they did it anyway. They weren't just looking at the contract, they were looking out for the client. For me, that's the mark of a really good shop. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to all for a job well done. Jon Merritt

I cant say enough good things about Sensible Home Solutions. I was in a tough spot and needed a roof repair immediately. The team was wonderful from our first meeting all the way through installation. Will talked me through every detail, explained the process, and answered all my questions. The day of the installation I was kept up to date in real time on progress with reports and pictures. After the installation, the team followed up with me to make sure everything was still all set! The customer service experience was 10/10 and the installation process was seamless. I would recommend Sensible Home Solutions to anyone!
