"I called 4 well and pump specialists a couple of Saturdays ago when my well pump started running constantly. John called me back within a couple hours, the only one of the four to respond to date. He had a moment, and we talked through the issue on the phone. John stayed on the line as I made several adjustments and performed some basic diagnostic tests on the system. He was able to guide me through an immediate fix and asked that I make an additional repair (replace Pressure Gauge) and call back if there was future trouble or questions.
