"This is now my go to guy... we must have a complicated system because other people we have talked to had no idea how to do any repairs and Jeff came over the same day we called which was late in the day, took the time to look at the boiler system and came back the next day with what he needed and finished the job quickly. He is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!"

Customers say: Quality work

"I heartily recommend Petros Floros of Floros Plumbing & Heating Co. from Melrose, serving the greater Boston area. He is a master Plumber who is expert, reliable and efficient. He has a genial demeanor and is easy to work with. No matter what he is doing, he will manage to fit you in for most immediate emergency jobs and in a reasonable time for the rest. His customer reviews on Yelp and Google and Angi are all sterling. I recently used him for a double install job with a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He whipped through the project and left everything brand spanking new in perfect working order. I have used him in the past and he never disappoints."

Customers say: True professional

"First, Jeff came to give us the initial consultation. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us very helpful design tips.
He was thorough and prompt with his estimate, offered recommended vendors and tips for picking fixtures and finishes, and was rapidly responsive by phone and email every step of the way.
His team was also extremely professional. They put down floor covering throughout the house and left the bathroom clean every day during their work. We were often not home and never once questioned the safety of them being in our home (with our dog) every one of them was extremely conscientious.
And the work is beautiful. We couldn't be happier with the bathroom. Right down to every detail, they didn't cut any corners and did everything the right way.
We went to town with this bathroom with what was, for us, a giant budget - with lots of nice fixtures and glass tile, etc. We were skeptical of costs going in, and got other comparable bids. Were so happy we went with Jeff. The professionalism and quality of work was worth every penny. We wholeheartedly recommend him and hope to someday bring him back to redo our kitchen.
