"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Clay worked on our 15 yr old stall shower that we had done little to maintain. He was to replace all the grouting for the tumbled marble floor tile and the grout at the intersection of the floor with all vertical surfaces made up of larger marble tile. We initially discovered that the floor grouting was not drying uniformly. Multiple visits and several work arounds later, only confirmed my confidence that Clay had the experience to bring whatever skills were necessary to more than resolve our grout drying problem. Clay is a PRO, a "People Person", and dedicated to satisfying his clients' needs. My review (prior to hiring ACT ONE) of earlier references, was more than confirmed through performance on our job. "The two men from Square Services arrived on time and immediately began working. They were very professional and skilled at the care they took to clean my older roof. They were successful with removing all the green mold and grime that had collected on the roof. They were very neat and removed the roof dirt that dripped on the siding and windows. They worked as a team very diligently and made sure I was pleased with the work. One shingle above the front door was showing wear and they happily replaced with a new shingle that I supplied. I would highly recommend this company for roof cleaning."

"Ed was responsive and honest from the outset. Very communicative and understanding. I badly needed to have a 39 year old floor to ceiling shower stall cleaned and regrouted. I thought it was a daunting task. Now the shower looks as if was just built! Ed was on time, professional and easy to have on sight.The finished "product" was exactly as Ed promised and on time! "Kevin did a great job with the tile we chose. He paid attention to the little details that make a big difference, like pulling the baseboards and tiling up to the walls and then replacing with new baseboard trim. He installed the new vanity we had chosen and tiled under it, instead of around it as the original builder had done. When there was a gap between our cabinets and the floor he worked with us to select the right shade of trim pieces to make it look finished. Our front door needed a special piece made to overlay the tile which he also did. He even helped repair (replace) a leaky valve for the washing machine in the laundry. Bottom line is we could not have been happier with the job. The only caveat for other readers is that he works alone and you'll need to allow slightly longer for the job than others might quote. You won't regret it if you can budget the time."
