He was well protected with gloves, mask and shoe booties. He was honest about when to have the floors cleaned again. There was a scheduling snafu which was very frustrating to me but it was finally corrected. I would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry."

"If we could give our technician, Paul, 10 stars we would. Paul was so conscientious and detailed in cleaning our sectional sofa. The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. The company was good at communicating the scope of the job, sent reminders about the scheduled time & date, and thoroughly explained their pricing process."

Brandon is very knowledge and completed our project quickly but perfectly at the same time. We added an addition to our home and needed our entryway and a small bathroom tiled. We had wood floors already laid down prior to Brandon's arrival. Brandon made the transitions between the two floors completely level which is very impressive considering we had a heated floor mat to be installed in the bathroom. Brandon works very clean and tidy. He was at the house for 2 days and you wouldn't know he was there except for the floor being done. Our GC was also impressed with his work, which says a lot considering he sees numerous renovations and additions being completed. "I have had an excellent experience with Velesco tile. They just completed demolition of old tile in my first floor and then retiled my kitchen , half bath and fireplace. They put up plastic for the demolition, which creates much dust. This really helped. They showed up on time, were flexible and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up appropriately. The tile is straight in ts lines and corner triangle pieces are perfect. I thought that Ronnie, the owner, was proud of his work and he had every reason to be so. I recommend him without hesitation.
