"They are excellent & worth it but expensive. They cleaned stone tile floors in four areas - the kitchen, two entrance ways and the laundry room. Frank was polite and respectful in every way. He was well protected with gloves, mask and shoe booties. He was honest about when to have the floors cleaned again. There was a scheduling snafu which was very frustrating to me but it was finally corrected. I would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry."

When the work was completed, everything was left in pristine condition. Carmen was always attentive to every question I had about the process to clean my patio and always gave me a straight answer. Wandel, the cleaner, was on time for the job and power washed the fence, windows, cement patio and did yard/waste removal.
