"In estimating the project, Rob Calnan was very detailed and professional and immediately responsive to my questions. The door had to be ordered to custom dimensions and he was communicative about the delivery schedule. He and his crew did a careful, thoughtful job in installing the door. His estimate was accurate and we are happy with the work he did."

After old insulation is removed, and the knee wall is air sealed, the new insulation is installed on the wall
4 inches of 2 inch insulation board installed and foamed, ready for final cap layer of 2 inch Thermax insulation board
Lastly, the Tyvek is installed over the new insulation

"Great company to work with. I had a pipe removed from my roof (for a retired wooodstove), and their quote was almost half the price of the four I received. Anthony was very prompt to respond to my email requests, and was flexible with installation dates.Jose (roofer) came over, did a great job, and was incredibly clean and efficient. Precision also provided our front door, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely use them again, and referred my in laws as well (they did a great job with my in-laws front door). Precision even spoke to the HOA to ensure that the door my in laws wanted would be "accepted" prior to delivery/installation."

"Excellent! David and his Team were Great! They replaced a rotting board below a patio sliding glass door. They showed up on time, completed the project the same day, were able to move a 700 pound granite step, and did this all in heavy rain. I would highly recommend David and his Team. "Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. "Pontes Painting did a fantastic job scraping, power washing, doing small exterior repairs and completely transforming our house/trim/doors with a fresh coat of paint.
