"Excellent! David and his Team were Great! They replaced a rotting board below a patio sliding glass door. "Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"We had 2 broken windows to have replaced, one double pane and one single. They were very knowledgeable about windows, particularly older wood frame ones. While quoting he pointed out that the sill was not sloped properly and water build up had rotted the inner sill, so I added that to the job. Their quote was lower than a competitor and the work was very well done. I will definitely use them again when necessary."
