While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. "Roberto and his team were excellent. With painting - - the true quality is in the preparation. I have never seen painters do a more thorough job of preparation. We also had many shingles that needed to be replaced. The team did an awesome job with that as well. If there were a higher grade than an "A" I would give it to them. The team was professional, neat and clean, courteous and respectful. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard all day.
