Excellent! We had a very good experience with SeaBreeze Home Construction. Amanda and Mitchel are so easy to work with and genuinely nice people. Amanda is incredibly organized and efficient - especially arranging subcontractors, ordering materials, etc. Great attention to detail. Mitchel is a very meticulous craftsman and a perfectionist. The project went smoothly with just a few delays due to supply chain issues - beyond anyone's control. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend them!

Seabreeze rebuilt our neighborhood deck in a environmentally difficult location. Their work was done as promised, on time and within budget. They were very easy to work with and higly skilled professionals. I would highly recommend Seabrease for any project.

I contracted with Seabreeze to complete my primary bathroom remodel. I can’t say enough good things about their work and how it all went. In the past I have remodeled 2 kitchens and neither went this smoothly. Amanda was amazing to work with…pleasant, always available and responsive. Mitchell is a hard worker and doesn’t stop….he attends to details and is very unobtrusive….there were times I had to remember he was in the bathroom working because he was so quiet! Their subcontractors come when they are scheduled and, if need be after Amanda checks on their work, will come right back to follow up. To top it all off, Seabreeze’s estimate was the best of those I got for exactly the same work and, other than my own changes and upgrades, stayed right on target. I absolutely recommend them without reservation. Will definitely contact Amanda and her crew again!

The SeaBreeze team removed an existing deck, designed and built a new deck, replaced 2 sliders and installed gutters on my 40 year old Cape Cod home. They provided very detailed estimates and timelines, and were competitively priced. Communicating with them during the project was easy. They responded quickly when I had questions and provided clear and accurate updates while the work was in progress. The deck is really solid and looks great. SeaBreeze stands by their work; when a few deck post caps came loose, they fixed them right away. Also, the sliders fit and work perfectly. All in all, they did a very professional job. I'm very satisfied with the results and have engaged them to do additional work for me.

We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan. We've also had SeaBreeze replace some windows and the shingle siding around them. In all, we are very happy with SeaBreeze and have already asked them to quote some siding and flashing work around a chimney. They are great at accepting feedback and are very responsive. We hope to continue doing business with them as needs arise.

Amanda and team were great to work with - very responsive. Replaced 2 decks on our summer cottages. Couple small issues were resolved immediately without haggling which is key when finding a partner to do this kind of work. Will work with them again!

SeaBreeze and Amanda N. were extremely professional. They designed, advised and built a custom patio and extended walkway, integrating and linking our deck, new patio and backyard outbuildings beautifully. At every step of the project, Amanda was the most clear communicator, most reliable, timely and pleasant contractor we have ever dealt with! The quality of the work was excellent. Any time I contacted her, she got back to me promptly. Always very helpful with her advice. We will use them again for our next home improvement project. I’d highly recommend SeaBreeze to anyone.

In response to Seabreeze, my review is honest. This company is not professional and did not live up to deadlines and the quality of their inferior work….cabinets strune across our front lawn, no consideration for lack of access to kitchen for months. Basically the crew showed up when they had nothing else to do!

This is the definition of professionalism. They show up when they say they will, and go out of their way to meet a deadline. The company was hired to remove and install kitchen cabinets, sink and lighting. The agreed upon timeline was 3 months. After a series of starts and stops, numerous return of plumber, electrician, carpenters with little to no communication between homeowners and crew, the inferior job was finally done after 5 months.

Amanda and her team were nothing short of fabulous. We scheduled a specific start date several months in advance and her team was there by 9am on the start date we had planned and worked almost every day from start to finish. I am very detail oriented and had a lot of questions throughout the process. Amanda was very kind, patient, professional and very responsive. The quality of the work was excellent. My bathroom came out stunning and am beyond pleased with their work. I highly recommend working with Seabreeze and look forward to working with them again myself for future projects.

The deck turned out great! Amanda and her team were responsive right from the beginning, kept me informed throughout the deck construction and delivered a quality product. The estimate was detailed and they kept to the budget. I would definitely recommend them and plan to hire them again.

They totally upgraded our bathroom. The work included taking out the existing bathtub, replacing the ceiling, moving the heating element, re-tiling both the floor and the shower area, putting in new recessed lights, installing a new shower door, replacing the closet door, installing a new exhaust fan, installing a new larger vanity and medicine cabinet and the bathroom floor and repainting areas that needed it. They were very professional, and did everything when they said they would do it. This work cost $23,090. This was the original job. We were so pleased that we added additional details to the job, including removing popcorn ceilings in 4 bedrooms and 2 large hallways, repainting the ceilings and walls, repainting a large hallway that goes upstairs, installing, painting and adding hardware for 5 new doors plus a large bedroom closet, replacing and painting the rods and shelves in 4 closets. The additional work cost $20,515. They performed each detail of this work with a high degree of professionalism and dedication. They were also very easy to work with, had very high standards, and listened carefully to any comments that we had.
