I initially was resigned to having the PVC pipe go up the side of my house, but Dave found a way to run the piping inside the basement and go thru the garage, with only 18" of PVC sticking up past the garage roof. "I almost wish I had taken them, had them do the work. At the time I thought it was expensive, but I think that the quality of work would have been done well and I wouldn't have to have gone back looking for someone else to do it. I regret that I didn't take it, even though it was more expensive. I might try to call the guy back, I don't know if he will come. They didn't charge for the estimate. He couldn't come out right away because he was doing work and I can understand that. I thought it was high because I wasn't aware of how much masonry would be.
